Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
20% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1000 is due.
Notes
The service fee is applied as a small contribution towards the costs of on-site availability if required during your stay. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
How is the Damage Deposit Collected?
Before your stay, we will require a credit or debit card to be used for the damage deposit. The damage deposit will only be reserved on your card (eg like car rental companies) and not debited. At the end of your stay, this reserved sum will be released. If you do not have a payment card, you may send us a cheque to hold (without banking) or transfer the funds for us to hold.
